Returns

We hope you love your Wendy Lowe Studio order, but if it’s not quite right, we’re happy to accept returns within 28 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition.

To arrange a return, please contact us here with your order details and we’ll send you the return instructions.

Please note that original delivery costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
